It's all settled
We're moving in to Fort Howe on November 1. It was the first apartment we looked at. Fell in love with it immediately but went on to look at others that we had listed beforehand, from the web.
I had my hopes up for a place on Hickey Road but this is just one more evidence of how you can be fooled by a picture. The whole place looked completely different in real life. I'm sure the apartments are alright...it was just that I couldn't see myself there.
Hickey Road just wasn't for us. We drove out there and looked and after that we went back and signed up for Fort Howe.
Just came back to Quebec after four wonderful days in Saint John. Yesterday was rainy and windy. We drove out to Saints' Rest just to enjoy the angry sea. Now things really will start moving...now that we know where we're going!
